PVC panelling goes up in strips on a frame, which makes it a practical ceiling for spaces where moisture, cleaning or budget matter more than shaped design: bathrooms, balconies, utility areas, shops and semi-covered spaces. It is water resistant, easy to wipe down, and can be removed panel by panel if a pipe above ever needs attention. Yes. Gypsum board ceilings are used where straight lines, a flatter finish and quicker execution suit the room better than hand-built POP. We frame, screw, joint and finish on site, with the frame grid set out from the room dimensions.
