About this service

Cove lighting hides the light source in a pocket so the room is lit by a soft wash rather than a visible fixture. The pocket has to be sized for the strip it carries and placed so the wash stays even — a cove that is too shallow produces a bright band near the source and dark patches further away. We plan cove runs with the profile lighting, spots and drivers together, and keep the drivers accessible for replacement. Yes. Gypsum board ceilings are used where straight lines, a flatter finish and quicker execution suit the room better than hand-built POP. We frame, screw, joint and finish on site, with the frame grid set out from the room dimensions.

Yes. PVC panel ceilings are usually chosen for bathrooms, balconies, utility areas and shops because the panels are water resistant, easy to clean and can be removed individually. Armstrong grid ceilings are chosen for offices, clinics and showrooms where tiles need to lift for wiring, cabling and AC access.

Yes. CFC sheets suit large covered areas that need a light, quickly installed ceiling, and cement sheets suit utility, kitchen and semi-covered areas that need a tougher, more moisture-tolerant surface. Both are fixed on frames, jointed and finished on site.
