Consultation
We start with a conversation — your requirement, your timeline and your budget range. No drawings yet, just clarity on what the project actually needs.

Site Visit
We visit the site, take measurements, check existing services, levels and structure, and photograph everything that will affect the design.

Design & Planning
You receive layout options, a material palette and an itemised estimate. We revise until the design is right, then freeze it for execution.

Execution
Work begins in a planned sequence with a site supervisor accountable for quality, timelines and cleanliness. You get progress updates throughout.

Final Handover
A joint walkthrough, a snag list, touch-ups, cleaning and handover with care instructions for the finishes we have used.
